Account and Data Deletion

1. Overview

ThaiCondoAI is operated by JulianDurian LLC. Users can delete their ThaiCondoAI account from inside the app, request deletion of specific account data, or contact us for help with a data deletion request.

This page applies to ThaiCondoAI on Google Play and to the ThaiCondoAI web service. It explains the steps to request deletion and the categories of data that are deleted or retained.

2. Delete your account

To permanently delete your account from the ThaiCondoAI mobile app:

1. Open the ThaiCondoAI app.
2. Sign in with the same email or Google account used for your ThaiCondoAI account.
3. Open the Profile tab.
4. Go to Account.
5. Select Delete Account.
6. Type DELETE_MY_ACCOUNT when prompted and confirm deletion.

You can also request account deletion by emailing contact@julianschubert.dev with the subject line “ThaiCondoAI account deletion request”. Include the email address associated with your account so we can verify and process the request.

3. Delete specific data

You do not need to delete your whole account to request deletion of some data. You can delete or remove certain items in the app, such as saved searches, favorites, alerts, and profile preferences where controls are available.

For other data deletion requests, email contact@julianschubert.dev with the subject line “ThaiCondoAI data deletion request”. Include the data you want deleted and the email address associated with your account.

4. Data deleted

When your account is deleted, ThaiCondoAI deletes or deactivates account data that we control and can associate with your account, including:

• Your ThaiCondoAI authentication account and profile.
• Search history, saved searches, favorites, and property viewing activity.
• Price alerts, notification preferences, and app preferences.
• Credit balance records and app usage records tied to your account.
• Support requests, feedback, and other account-linked content where deletion is legally and operationally available.

5. Data retained

Some information may be retained after deletion where required or permitted for legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or tax compliance. This may include:

• Payment receipts, transaction metadata, invoices, and records held by payment processors.
• Security logs, abuse-prevention records, and audit records.
• Support records that must be retained to document or resolve a request, security issue, or legal obligation.
• Data that has been anonymized or aggregated so it can no longer identify you.
• Records we must keep to comply with applicable law or resolve disputes.

Retained records are kept only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Most app account data is deleted immediately after account deletion; legally required financial and compliance records may be retained for longer retention periods.
